Our disability support services are available to adults and children with learning disabilities including autistic spectrum conditions, epilepsy and other health needs, mental health needs and those with physical disabilities. We work in partnership with each person’s ‘circle of support’ to make a positive and real difference in their daily lives. We focus on each person’s abilities; we are ambitious about what they can achieve and support them to reach their goals.
We provide this specialist support in family homes, in independently and local authority owned accommodation and in supported living properties which have been specially adapted by us working with reputable and experienced landlords and housing associations to provide appropriate homes for people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities
